RS VIEW 32 Customized, Expandable Human Machine Interface Solutions The RS View 32 is a PC based Human Machine Interface (HMI) software package designed to gather information from one or more PLCs for centralized monitoring and control purposes. Adding an HMI interface package to an EAS system will allow remote operations monitoring via custom graphical screens that can depict the actual equipment configuration and layout. Additional features include alarm and data logging capabilities, data trending and automatic event and alarm messaging through pager, cell phones, voice or email systems. AEG can also create maintenance schedules and tracking screens that can notify your personnel when preventative maintenance tasks are due based on equipment run hours and calendar dates. RS View can share information with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word and Access to generate custom reports on system operation, downtime, etc. This system is fully expandable and can be linked to other equipment in your facility on process or environmental systems under PLC control, including pollution control equipment.
